Dr. and Mrs. Timagenis attended the Colloquium of Comité Maritime International (CMI) which took place at Cape Town, South Africa between 12 and 16 February 2006. Dr. Timagenis who is a member of the Executive Council of CMI was one of the speakers and presented the results of an international survey of national legislations on Procedural Rules Relating to Limitation Conventions.
